GB-Edinburgh: UHP Buoy Washer System Pump Replacement

NLB's Oban base operates an Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water blasting system for the removal of marine growth and paint from Buoys during refurbishment operations.

Due to the unique nature of the operation NLB are now looking for a supplier to provide a suitable UHP washing system, to remove/reduce the strain imposed on our operators through the use of the jetting gun.

This exercise is being undertaken through two separate tendering exercises. One for the supply of a new replacement pump for our existing UH-160 and one for the supply of the washer unit previously advertised on 21 December 2018.

This quotation is for the provision of a replacement pump to the specification detailed within the Schedule of Requirements.

Site Visit

There is an option to attend a site visit at our Oban premises to view the existing systems and set up between Wednesday 23 January and Monday 28 January 2019. Tenderers are advised to attend the visit to familiarise themselves with the location and the available space for the new system.
