Invitation to Tender for alterations to form kitchens & associated works at Kirkstall Halls of Residence, Leeds Trinity university

The proposed works comprise the alteration & refurbishment of part Residence Halls within the Leeds Trinity University Site at Horsforth in Leeds, to form kitchen facilities and associated works. These are predominantly non-structural and relate mainly to upgrading and alterations to present buildings/ provisions/ fixtures & fittings. *******************************************************************************

Site Commencement - 5th July 2021

Duration - 7 weeks (Completion 23rd Aug 2021)

The works comprise various internal 'non-structural' works, to include*****

1. the stripping out of existing fixtures & features in connection with the previous use - i.e. 2 no. bedrooms at 4 floors & associated flooring/ decorations to common parts highlighted,*****
2. the isolation & stripping back of various existing services in connection with the location's previous use, *****
3. Internal fabric repairs & alterations including replacement or remedial works to selected joinery items, with full or partial internal redecoration to selected rooms/ areas, *****
4. the erection of new internal features & fixtures in connection with the new use proposed *****
5. Internal and associated services works, to include electrical, mechanical, fire alarm and associated installations. *****
