description
This requirement is for the purchase of enteral feeds and associated products and services for patients registered within five Hampshire CCGs and their secondary care providers; SIP feeds will also be required as part of the secondary care electronic catalogue. The Contract will include a mix of supply of products to secondary care providers, community trusts, home delivery (excluding SIPS unless part of a tube feed regimen) plus, Contractor nurse services where detailed in the specification.
The requirement is split into two geographical Lots and bidders will be at liberty to Tender for one or both Lots:
