Rate of Pay: £15.78 per hour (PAYE)

Hours: 37 hours week

Location: Shias Lane, Oldbury and working across the Borough of Sandwell

Start Date: ASAP

Contract type: Agency for 12 weeks.

Brief description:

The Councils Waste client team is looking for enthusiastic and conscientious individual to help monitor all aspects of the performance of our waste partner. Working across the Borough of Sandwell you will be responsible for maintaining the standards of street cleansing and waste collections. We'll need you to take action to address poor service provision and ensure failures are rectified within a timely manner whilst supporting the review of the contract compliance and monitoring procedures. You'll need to be customer focussed and actively deal with all types of customer feedback and complaints.

This role falls inside of IR35
