Horsham District Council is inviting tenders to build an updated Strategic Highways Model for the District, which is to be used to produce a new "Horsham Transport Study" to evaluate the impact of proposed development on the strategic and local transport network within Horsham District over the period 2019-2036. The Council is procuring this contract following an open local tender process. The duration of the Contract is anticipated to be approximately six months. The Council intends to award the Contract to one organisation.
