London Borough of Hillingdon External Decoration Works Programme 2020-21

Proposed External Decoration Works to Multiple addresses across the London Borough of Hillingdon.

Nature:

The works comprise the external repair, maintenance and decoration works to include, but not limited to, walls, facies and gutters, fences, gates and railings

Location:

The sites are 58No properties spread across the Borough (Please see Pricing Schedule for list of property addresses).

Timescale:

The programmed commencement and completion dates are to be agreed but be completed within 2020/2021 financial year.

It is anticipated that appointment will be made on 3rd February 2020 and works will commence on site on 2nd March 2020.

The Contractor is expected to provide his costs for the entire Works as listed in Part E - Pricing Schedule even if the work is to be performed by a specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule.
