Dementia Information and Support Service - Market Engagement

THIS IS AN MARKET ENGAGEMENT STAGE

Milton Keynes City Council is embarking on a tender process for the provision of a Dementia Information and Support Service. To help us plan for this, we would like to invite you to comment on the proposed service specification.

If you are interested in the provision of the Dementia Information and Support Service for Milton Keynes City Council you are invited to feedback your comments and observations on the Draft Specification.

The Council intends to review the comments and observations received before finalising the service to be procured.

The overarching purpose of the provision of the Dementia Information and Support Service (DISS) is to ensure that people with dementia, and their carers and family members, who are resident in Milton Keynes receive a quality support service which helps them understand their condition, achieve their desired outcomes and maintain their wellbeing and quality of life. The service will also contribute towards raising awareness of the symptoms of dementia and how a healthy lifestyle can help prevent dementia.
