BMBC are looking to invest into buildings and public realm at the Elsecar Heritage Centre site in order to deliver new creative workspace, galleries and events spaces and are looking to appoint a contractor to carry out refurbishment works to transform the building and public realm to forge a cultural and creative industries hub.
