description
Kirklees Council Planning Service requires a new IT system for the operation of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). This is a new system to charge developers to pay for infrastructure and will become a significant new income stream for the council. It is planned to be adopted in April 2018, and the system requires an appropriate lead in time to integrate with other council IT systems (APAS, SAP and Agile land charges).
