Supported Housing Concierge Service

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to procure overnight concierge cover at our supported housing projects across the district of Maidstone, being primarily based at our Marsham Street Assessment Centre or the new Trinity Housing project - next door to our Marsham Street site. The service will provide overnight concierge cover for five/six supported housing projects including Marsham/Trinity for rough sleepers and those with complex needs within the district of Maidstone. We are looking to base the service at Marsham Street or Trinity Housing Project but offer a roaming service across the other sites in central Maidstone as required; this could just be once nightly or not at all if there is no current demand. . In total we have six to seven supported housing sites within Maidstone town. This figure does fluctuate depending on the demands on the service and the number of individuals who require accommodation with support. Currently we have 35 individuals living within these sites. Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement Tender release: Tuesday 26th January 2021 Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm Friday 12th February 2021 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Friday 19th February 2021 Evaluation: Week commencing 22nd February 2021 Interviews: Wednesday 3rd March 2021, times to be allocated to tenderers by the interview panel Appointment of contractor: Monday 8th March 2021 Contract commencement: Monday 5th April 2021
