Travel Survey 2018

Annual one day survey to be conducted on Thursday 11th October 2018 between 6am and 9pm to assess:

The specific objectives of the survey is to:

• accurately identify the number of vehicles and people that travel to and from the Cambridge Biomedical Campus on a daily basis, including identifying separately those vehicles that pass through the Campus without spending at least 15 minutes on Campus;

• accurately identify the modal split of all vehicle and person trips to the Campus so that the effectiveness of measures introduced to reduce car dependence can be assessed;

• accurately identify vehicles and people that travel to identified locations on the Campus;

• obtain survey data relating to travel choices that people have used and options that they have available.

The final results of the survey shall be submitted to Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust by no later than 17:00 on Friday 23rd November 2018.
