Following a procurement, Hertfordshire County Council has awarded a contract for the Provision of Superfast Broadband in Hertfordshire.

The contract will remain in force for between 9 and 11 years, comprising a build period of an initial core term of 2 years, with the option to extend the build period for period(s) up to a maximum further 2 years, at the Council's sole discretion. This will then be followed by a services (wholesale access) period of 7 years.
