description

SDNPA is seeking to appoint a consultant to evaluate the pilot interventions from the Communities in the South Downs project, set up to establish highway enhancement schemes in order to address local issues whilst conserving and enhancing the special qualities of the communities involved.

The successful bidder will be required to carry out surveys and gather data to produce:

a baseline report to show the traffic speeds/flows/composition at pilot scheme locations,

a final report to compare and contrast the data from follow up surveys at each of three pilot locations, evaluating the effectiveness of the pilot interventions in combatting specific issues.
