A&W - RS - Pier Booster pump and sprinkler system

Adur & Worthing Councils are seeking to engage a suitably experienced contractor to install a booster pump and sprinkler systems to the buildings on the pier.

The installations will necessitate

• A complex scaffold system to be installed and suspended from the pier structure
• Excavations of the beach and the promenade concrete and tarmac surfaces
• 120mm water mains installations from the water network
• Three phase electrical installations
• Pipework installations to and under the pier structure
• Booster set pump and sprinkler installations
• Public WC strip out and reinstatement works
• Due to the complexity, use and the heritage nature of the site together with the specialism of the work, contractor selection is subject to an experience questionnaire.
