Cornwall Council and NHS Kernow are conducting a soft market assessment to gain an understanding of the potential level of interest within the voluntary and community sector for the provision of a Home from Community Hospital service.
This market assessment is not part of any procurement process. It is purely investigatory in nature, although it may be used to assist the Council and NHS Kernow in defining a work programme and assisting in developing this service.
