SADC The Removal of Asbestos and Associated Building works for Mereden Court Tender 2018

Mereden Court is a former elderly sheltered housing block owned by St Albans City & District Council (SADC). It was built in the 1970's and the intention is to fully refurbishment the entire property in 2019.

This invitation to tender is for the complete removal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) for both the interior and exterior of the property, to allow full safe working conditions, once the refurbishment starts.

St Albans City & District Council is looking for a suitable and licence Contractor to carry out such works for this important project delivering much needed accommodation in the local area.

All bidders are required to undertake a site visit by 5th October 2018.

All submissions should be submitted by 19th October @ 12:00
