Forest Enterprise England (FEE) is inviting tenders for the development of a bespoke leadership model (knowledge, skills and behaviours) that will be used across all levels of FEE. It will be developed with input from a cross section of staff to be presented in a simple and easy to understand format from board level to most junior member of staff.
