LTHW Heating pipework and natural gas infrastructure upgrade.
Works as described within appended Mechanical Specification and drawings; overview of works below:
| • | Replacement of the existing underground heating pipework within the main building |
| • | Installation of new radiators |
| • | Modifications to the existing heating flow and return headers in the plant room |
| • | Upgrading of the existing site gas supply and meters via a specialist sub contractor. |
| • | Modifications to the gas outlet pipework in the Nursery and Swimming Pool |
| • | Draining refilling and water treatment to existing LPHW heating system |
| • | All associated builders work and electrical work |
| • | Commissioning and testing |
| • | Provision of handover information |
