description
The Supplier will deliver independent monitoring services in two countries and a rapid research and evidence facility for the SSSII programmes across up to fourteen countries. The work of the Supplier will be divided into four key components namely:
- I.Independent monitoring to verify and triangulate partner reporting in Libya and Mali (with the potential to expand to Niger if required)
- II.A rapid research and evidence facility to ensure that the programme learns from and builds the evidence base on route-based programming
- III.Assessments of lead partner M&E systems in each of the nine focus countries
- IV.Convening of 3 learning forums.
