1020 Bede Island Replacement of Existing Lighting - AWARD

De Montfort University is seeking to appoint an electrical contractor to carry out at Bede Island Replacement of Existing Lighting.

The proposed works are to include: the replacement of the existing Luminaires for new LED Luminaire. Complete the design development of the electrical services, Undertake the detailed design of the electrical services, Installation of the Electrical Services, Stripping out of some of the existing Electrical Services, Carry out all site surveys. Supply, install, wire, connect, balance, set to work and test and commission the electrical services installations defined in the specifications document The programme for this project requires all Works to be completed in a six week time frame in July 2017, therefore the university seeks companies with adequate resource to complete works within programme.

The Contractor is required to complete the Tender Summary and carry each Total Tender Sum forward to the Grand Tender Summary. Each tenderer is required to complete the evaluation questionnaire along with a Supplier Appraisal Questionnaire (SAQ).
