The University of Worcester is seeking a supplier to provide the following services:

  1. Bike Loan Service Contract

The University has a stock of bikes which are loaned out to students and staff. The successful supplier will be required to deliver an onsite weekly health and safety check and a six monthly full service along with any repairs deemed necessary. The supplier will be required to redistribute bikes around the University's campuses as necessary and will be given access to the University's online bike booking scheme to help monitor the scheme.

  1. Bike Shop

Provision of a campus bike shop for 2 hours a week 12:00 - 14:00 (12:00 - 13:00 out of semester time) to sell affordable bikes, accessories and safety equipment to students and provide a bookable bike repairs service.
