The council is seeking Tenders from contractors to handle the distribution of the Sandwell Herald newspaper throughout the borough of Sandwell.

The council is looking for a contractor to cover a minimum of one and a maximum of four distributions per annum for the period 1 July 2017 until 30 June 2021.
