The Authority's requirement is for three (3) three and a half tonne (3.5t) tippers (enclosed body) with five hundred kilogram (500kg) dump-over tail lift fitted to body and two (2) three and a half tonne (3.5t) tippers with enclosed body. Total of five (5) vehicles. The vehicles will be used for the street collection of mixed household refuse, delivery and collection of wheeled containers and other material; consequently the vehicle must be entirely suitable for this purpose. The Applicant shall provide pricing for various options to include: Ford, Iveco, Peugeot, Citroen chassis cabs or similar to meet the specific requirements detailed below.
