City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC) provides Employee Health services to its employees which can result in referral for counselling support. Stress and depression absence is one of CMBDC highest absenteeism categories and it is proposed to utilise this counselling service to help CMBDC manage their short and long term sickness absences.
