The North East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group works with local hospitals, specialist health providers, GP’s and other family health practitioners, local authorities, voluntary organisations as a whole to make sure services are doing the right things and are being provided from the right places to support the health needs of the local population. The North East Hampshire and Farnham area covers the towns of Fleet, Aldershot, Yatelely, Farnborough and Farnham. There are currently 24 GP practices providing care to a combined registered population of 220,000 patients. Annual budget for this service is expected to be in the region of £170,000. During 2014/15 approximately 395 patients being offered cardiac rehabilitation locally.
The current process requires providers to complete a Request for Information to guage the interest in the potental service, the documents can be access through the InTend portal.

| 6. | Login to the portal with the username/password. |
| 7. | You will be prompted to change your password on first login. |
| 8. | Hover your mouse over the “Tenders” button on the main toolbar and choose the relevant option: |
| o | “Current” shows a list of all the advertised opportunities on the system (i.e. open to all) in which you are able to express an interest |
| o | “Forthcoming” shows a list of pipeline projects (including those in which providers can still express an interest – i.e. deadlines not yet reached) |
| 9. | Click on the “View Details” button for relevant opportunity to access the content, clicking “Express an Interest” where required to do so. |
| 10. | Click the relevant procurement as required then click the “Opt-In” at the bottom of the page to start building your submission to the procurement stage. This will move the project over to your “My Tenders” page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only). |
| 11. | Note the deadline for completion and follow the on screen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT, accessing any attached documents as required. |
