Proposed work comprising the top down demolition of a six storey block down to top of pile caps that forms 1 - 64 Sebastian Road, Barking, IG11 9PE. The works also include isolation and capping off of existing electricity, gas, water and telephone services serving the block, including the management of meter removals from individual properties.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
