Provision of intellectual property & copyright services

The University of Central Lancashire wishes to invite tenders to supply “Intellectual property and copyright services” to its Innovation and Enterprise department. UCLan has been delivering a change program in regards to the identification, protection and exploitation of its Intellectual Property since mid-2012, which is supported by an extensive University wide program of on and off line training.

This activity has seen a significant increase in the number of IP disclosures and subsequent patent filings across a number of areas, including: Biomedical Sciences, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Forensic Sciences, Nuclear Sciences, Materials and Nano-Materials Technologies, Tribology Technologies, Pharmacy and 3D Printing Technologies. The University will be seeking to award a single contractor for a duration of a 3 year period.
