Brief Description of Requirement:

This research will help the Committee on Fuel Poverty to better understand the issues faced by those in fuel poverty and options as to how these issues can be best addressed. This understanding is key to support the Committee in reaching their recommendations and advice will both help inform their work and be shared to support further policy development in BEIS. It is intended that the outputs of the research will be published on the Committee's pages on Gov.UK.
