description
SBS is tendering for a specialised culture change consultant on behalf of NHSX. Following the requirement for all staff to work at home during the Covid19 Pandemic, NHSX initiated a project called Remote First. They are looking for a consultant to undertake the next phase of the project which is to explore opportunities that have arisen through staff engagement in phase 1 and NHX would like to explore what moving to a Remote first (not remote always) culture means for staff. To support us in this next phase we require a specialist estates change consultancy to develop the offer. Working with staff to understand their requirements both within an office and home working environment then developing a proposal on what good looks like, how and when to use space and how to support staff and line managers. - Please submit any clarification questions by 5pm on 26th January 2021.\ \
Responses will be returned within 48 business hours of this deadline. - To access this competition: login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity RA296716.
