description

  • F.Optimise resource and capacity
  • G.Drive customer focussed culture

A delivery partner will need to work with key stakeholders to answer the following questions

  • What capabilities and skills do we need to meet future demand for our services, what are the options for accessing these and what are the wider organisational implications?
  • How can we optimise our resource and capacity, and what are the wider organisational implications?
  • What does a successful culture for hybrid working look like, and how can we foster this over time?
  • What are the timelines and level of investment for each of the above?
