Nottingham City Council (the client) requires a contractor to undertake UKPMS condition survey work on its highway network, to enable them to report the condition of the road network within their Highway Asset Management Plan (HAMP) and to determine investment requirements and a works programme. This work will include surveying sections of the highway network defined through Lots 1 - 2 of the pricing schedules.
