You are invited to submit a tender for the provision of Telephone Campaign preparation and Management services, over four years, commencing autumn 2015.
The College is looking for a Campaign Manager to work with Goldsmiths Database and Research Manager to ensure that the Development and Alumni Office (DAO) has the most up to date information for the alumni in our database. The information gathering would take the form of a Personal Information Form (PIF) and would seek to gather personal and professional details, contact information and personal preferences.
Work with Goldsmiths Database and Research Manager to carry out a ‘data health check’ on Goldsmiths existing data, to identify inconsistencies and errors within our data and to advise on efficient ways to eradicate them, ahead of the phone campaign.
