NPL Management Ltd wish to procure some ‘Large Area Ion Beam Polishing’ equipment. This has become a requirement for NPL due to demand from Industry & Research for 3D SEM, EBSD & EDX over larger areas which calls for extensive sample preparation to higher standards of finish. This purchase is designed to reduce preparation times and therefore indirect costs.
