SCDC is looking for suitably qualified and experienced Chartered Surveyors to provide consultancy advice on a Build to Rent development the Council is considering developing at the following location:
- L2, Topper Street, Orchard Park
The main purpose of the feasibility work is as follows:
| • | To provide market advice in response to the Council's proposed residential mix |
| • | To undertake a 'soft marketing' market research event targeted at 'Cambridge Cluster' employers / employers |
| • | To report on the findings of the soft marketing exercise |
| • | To propose services for marketing the completed schemes to investors and occupiers |
