The Council wishes to procure a contractor to undertake building works to the primary schools described below. These works will form part of the wider Schools Minor Capital Works Programme. The works shall comprise of but not be limited to: Ashmead Primary School Replacement of existing flat roofs including removal and reinstatement of existing roof mounted PV panels. Childeric Primary School Replacement of existing flat roofs. It is expected that the successful tenderer will begin provision of the service(s) in July 2018
