Brief Description of Requirement

The aim of this work is to understand

The results of this analysis will be used to:

• Inform the final regulatory impact assessment to support Parliament in deciding whether to move forward with the proposed regulations and the impacts they would have on businesses and consumers.

• Act as evidence for monitoring the results of the regulatory changes, to compare actual adjustments businesses had to make in response to the regulatory changes to what business expectations had been beforehand.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ.
