C1444 - Lyndhurst Estates Car Parks Phase 1 - AWARD

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for a car park construction scheme, with an associated cellular soak-away drainage system, footways, retaining wall works, and carriageway markings in Erdington, Birmingham.

This contract will be for a period of 12 months which will include all construction stages and option to extend for a further 12 months subject to works completion date and post 12 months maintenance commitment period.

The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
