Pay-on-Foot Parking Management System with ANPR facilities & Associated Services

This Specification is for the provision of a new Pay-on-Foot Car Park Management System (CPMS). The new CPMS will also include Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) facilities at this car park. The proposed CPMS must be fit for purpose. The first project will be for Newarke Street Car Park ONLY. For the successful provider, there will be a requirement subsequent to the Newarke Street project to provide a feasibility study on the Haymarket Centre Car Park and provide workable options for converting this to a Pay-on-Foot CPMS including ANPR systems for consideration. The Council may be requiring additional installations and/or maintenance however this is neither guaranteed nor exclusive to the successful supplier.
