Building Threshold Level Survey and provision of digital data for flood modelling and Property Level Protection funding. Approximately 3400 properties within survey area that is situated in Lower Thames.
Additional information: Email expression of interest to the named Environment Agency individual listed in contact information giving contact details of your company's point of contact. There will be no pre-qualification process. Invitation to tenders will be issued on the Bravo Solution eSourcing portal (https://defra.bravosolution.co.uk) to all those that express an interest in this requirement. The successful supplier will be required to be a member of The Survey Association (TSA) or be "Regulated by RICS" (with at least one chartered land surveyor) or equivalent professional body. As part of the tender response, tenderers will be required to provide evidence of capacity to undertake threshold surveys containing at least 500 properties.
