The primary objective of the Contract is to ensure compliance with Working at Height Regulations 2005, Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service (TWFRS) Training Procedure 15 (TP15) and in line with standard industry practice, an external trainer/verifier is required to annually assess and validate the competence of TWFRS Rope Instructors.
