European Social Fund - Schools to Employer Service: Market Expression of Interest Sought

An Expression of Interest Sought for ESF bid: Cheshire East Council, Cheshire West Council and Warrington Council which will be bidding as a Consortium to an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for this European Social Fund (ESF) project which was published on Friday 3rd June 2016. The ITT closes on 4th July and contracts would be issued from 9th September 2016, with delivery commencing from 19th September 2016.The value of the tender is for £900,000 and would cover the whole of the Cheshire & Warrington area.

This notification is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process and is not a commitment to procure anything at this time. The Council require expression of interest for consultancy / service providers who are interested in potentially becoming part of the Cheshire and Warrington Consortium Bid for ESF, with particular reference to 15-24 year olds from eduction to employment. The interest will feed into the Bid and if successfully awarded thte ESF grant, will follow with a fully compliant procurement process to implement the solution / service team.
