The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for commercial property consultancy services.Description:1 Tower Hamlets requires a full market rental valuation of these new retail premises in accordance with RICS red book valuation practice.2 Tower Hamlets will require the letting consultant to secure tenants for the residual vacant units which are not allocated to previous tenants who may exercise their Right to Re-occupy. The consultantwill secure an attractive range of retail operators and provide a balanced shopping mix to this popular retail parade.The anticipated contract start date is: Monday, 28 September 2015The estimated value of the contract is:In the region of £25,000 to £75,000. For a period of: 12 months plus option to extend for a further 12 months if required.Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the tender documentation will be available for download.Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract. The council will not be liable for the lack ofdelegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the contract, which shall be exclusively available through the portal.Tenderers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their ITT/PQQ.
