First Choice Homes Oldham are inviting tenders for the provision of a framework for external works that will include the following work streams:-
- Roof renewal / maintenance
- Chimney
- Roofline
- Rain water products (gutters etc..)
- Wall finish
- Windows & doors
- Painting
- Communal works
- Landscaping
- Fencing, walls & other boundary treatments
- Drainage
- Structural works
The anticipated value of works through the framework will be between £7m to £12m over the 4 year term. The anticipated value of each call of will be from £200k to £2.5m.
