This is a market engagement exercise and is not a tender exercise.
HM Land Registry would like expressions of interest from market operators that can supply information about individuals and organisations.
Against a sample of data which includes the name of an individual or organisation and an address, we require a capability to do the following:
- Be able to uniquely identify each person and organisation.
- The ability to enrich the data shared with additional attributes eg date of birth or date of incorporation. Clearly stating what attributes you can provide.
- Provides security features appropriate to holding personal sensitive data.
HM Land Registry will use the output of this pre-market engagement activity to determine the next stages and inform a potential procurement exercise.
