description
This tender document has been prepared on behalf of King’s College London to procure works for the West Wing Student union project at King's College London, Guy’s Campus, London WC2R 2LS. The works involve stripping out existing and re-fitting the internal space with throughout. Associated works include facilitating works, external windows and doors, internal walls and partitions, internal doors, wall finishes, floor finishes, ceiling finishes, special fittings, furnishings and equipment and services.
The contract will be let under the JCT Design & Build 2011 Edition, with amendments as included in appendix B.
