NOTE: This notice was updated on 08 June 2016 for the following reason: Further information provided, how suppliers express an interestThe Dunes at Redcar is a 64 unit Extra Care scheme offering a catering facility and 24 hour on-site care and support services. The scheme is currently under development through the ‘Redcare’ partnership between Coast & Country, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and GallifordTry, and is due to open during spring 2017. Coast & Country are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider that is able to deliver a quality catering service at the Dunes while demonstrating a significant social outcome.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
