Elmbridge Borough Council is inviting companies to submit bids to be placed on our framework of suppliers.
Throughout the year the Council has need to invite designer to pitch for work involving the design of newsletters, banners, display stands and reports for example. We would like to invite design agencies to pitch to be on the Council’s list of prequalified suppliers to call off from for individual jobs
