The required General Inspections (GI) are to be carried out in accordance with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) document reference CS 450 - Inspection of Highway Structures by suitably qualified and experienced Bridge Inspection Certification Scheme (BICS) Inspectors.
