BUILDING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT FOR SOUTH KESTEVEN DISTRICT COUNCIL

The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of works/services. South Kesteven District Council (SKDC) seek tenders for the Building Facility Management, PPM and repairs within the corporate buildings that it owns and/ or manages. The Supplier will have the capacity and expertise to offer a reliable call out service with sufficient resource to maintain all sites throughout South Kesteven District Council's estate.

The anticipated contract commencement date is 16th January 2025.

The Council proposes to enter one contract for an initial period of 48 months with the preferred supplier, with an option to extend for a period of 24 months followed by an additional 24 months, making 96 months in total.

Any proposed extension is subject to satisfactory performance by the supplier and in accordance with the Council's business requirements.

Any proposed extension to the contract will be agreed in writing between the Council and the supplier.

The budget for this contract is an estimated £300,000.00 per annum (exclusive of VAT). Please Note: The Council reserves the right to reject any submissions that are over budget without further evaluation.
