Halton Borough Council and Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council would like to jointly commission a service to provide a rights and advocacy service support, advice and information to children and young people so they are empowered to ensure their views and wishes are heard, their rights are respected and reflected in the decision making about their lives. This service is in addition to the existing contract for the delivery of Children’s Rights, Advocacy and Independent Visitor Service. The service will start 1st August 2016 until 31st December 2016.
The service will be based on spot purchases as agreed with the Commissioner.
